Sims Cattle Company offers high quality black Angus x Gelbvieh x Simmental crossbred bulls that are never pampered.  Our bulls are born and raised at 7200 feet in a cold desert environment. They are weaned off their dams at 10 months of age and expected to grow and thrive with little to no supplementation. Our bulls are never grain fed, have never stood in a feedlot, and are all natural. They are guaranteed to be from cows who have had their first three calves within 21 days of the first due date, have never required calving assistance, and have never even had a calf that we have had to give special attention to, whether that be doctoring or otherwise.

Our bulls are DNA tested with Igenity® Beef  for maternal, carcass, and performance trait indexes. Indexes allow for selection pressure on multiple traits at the same time, depending on a producer’s breeding objectives, because we know that more than just a single trait is important!
