- Once you arrive at the ChatGPT prompt by clicking the button below you will be prompted to answer the Context Questions: Business Type, Core Values, and Time Frame.
- Some examples of Business Type would be ranch, farm, financial analyst, direct marketer, seedstock producer, consultant, etc. Be as specific as possible here.
- Your Core Values are the things you think will be most likely to bring you happiness, or possibly what is currently the weakest link in your business or life. We suggest prompts such as: relationships, customer service, profitability, healthy lands. This should be the one thing that you would never sacrifice in pursuit of success.
- Finally, time horizon. How soon do want to arrive at the life you are about to describe? 5 years? 10? There is no wrong answer. Just be sure that you are challenging yourself, but also being realistic. Rome wasn't built in a day!
- When moving from Phase to Phase, ChatGPT will often ask you to put groupings into your own words. Please feel free to do so, but often the groupings ChatGPT provides are very accurate. Either way, when you are happy with the groupings, don't forget to prompt ChatGPT to move on to the next phase by typing "move on to the next phase" in the text box.
- Feel free to take time to brainstorm with a pen and paper before typing into ChatGPT, or brainstorm directly! The goal is to make sure you have YOUR thoughts heard. You can capture those thoughts in the provided Guidebook, but it is not necessary that you use it.
- DON'T move to the next phase until you are absolutely 100% satisfied that you have been heard and your thoughts have been captured. The downside of working with a computer instead of a person is the computer can't tell if you are holding back. This is a safe space. Use it!
